Candied bacon is simple to make, and the following recipe is simple enough that you can prepare it for any breakfast meal.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- 1lb Bacon - we recommend trying bacon from the Specialty Bacon Box,
- 1/4 C. Brown Sugar
- 2 T. Maple Syrup
- 2 T. Melted Unsalted Butter
Mix brown sugar, butter and maple syrup together in bowl, set aside. Place bacon on cooking pan or sheet, bake for 5 minutes, flip and bake for 5 more. Brush brown sugar mixture on top of bacon, cook 5 minutes, flip, brush and bake 5 more. Enjoy your candied bacon!
