Zaney Pearl Salad

Ingredients:

1 bunch of kale

1 apple

1 cucumber

1 orange / lemon / lime / grapefruit

1 avocado

3 T olive oil

salt to taste

Preparation:

Chop kale; dice apple, cucumber, avocado and add to kale.  Squeeze citrus over mixture, coat to prevent oxidation.  Addolive oil and salt.  Use as a side dish or full meal if on the cleanse.  Makes 4-6 servings as a side dish.  2 Servings as a meal.
