Alakan Halibut is a leaner fish but is super sweet tasting with a mild taste that takes on citrus, herbs and breadcrumbs to enhance it's flavor profile.

Typical Cooking Methods

Except for deep frying and sushi,  Halibut should be cooked to an internal temp of about 130° F.  This leaves the fish tender and moist especially when you are baking it with a touch of lemon, panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese (my favorite!). It makes fantastic fish and chips and a killer kabob.
